Our alpine farmstead has a sunny location in Weiler Steet, 1.5 km from the main town of Sarnthein / Sarentino. Starting right from our farmstead, there are numerous excellent strolling and hiking options directly at the valley circular trail. Our vacation apartment is located in the ground floor of our farmhouse, and boasts 100m² of floor space. Thus, six persons can be comfortably accommodated for a relaxing holiday.
The spacious living room is the heart of this apartment. It affords you and your family plenty of room to lounge in. The living room is furnished with pinewood paneling and features a cozy couch, an inviting sitting corner, a flatscreen t.v. with satellite reception, and an authentic rustic heating stove and heated bench (typical for the Sarentino Valley).
The three bedrooms are likewise paneled with pinewood or spruce wood, and feature attractive rustic spruce wood parquetry. Each room has a double-bed and a large wardrobe, and all of the furniture is made of local spruce.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with all of the necessary utensils (e.g., automatic dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer compartment, oven, stove, kitchen scale, hand mixer, etc.).
After a long day of fun outside, you can relax in the bathtub. The bathroom also features a shower, a clothes washing machine, and a hot-air blower. Additionally, you'll also find a nice, small daytime WC. The apartment is also equipped with a clothes iron, ironing board, and WLAN.
On our sun-drenched terrace, you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest! There are also roofed seating options outside. On relaxing summer evenings, you can also use our great Weber barbeque.
Your children will love our playground, which is equipped with a trampoline, sandbox, and swing set. There's also a wooden playhouse they can play in while you relax and supervise everything from the sun lounge.

You are welcome to help with the everyday farmwork, such as the hay harvest or feeding of the animals. Our dear animals are very happy when they are cleaned, combed, brushed or washed. Our four-legged friends especially enjoy your strokes or a pleasant walk with you.

We charge € 10,00 per night for each additional guest.
The minimum stay is 5 nights.
These prices include all charges and fees, with the exception of the local lodging tax. The local lodging tax is dependent upon the community ordinance valid at the time of your stay. At present, it amounts to € 1.55 per person (14 years old and older) and per day.
In high season, the price is calculated by 4 people, even if the apartment is used by fewer people.
How to get here:
When coming by motor car, take the Brenner autobahn A22: Either take the Bozen Nord autobahn exit or the Bozen Süd exit and then continue through Bozen / Bolzano in the direction of the Sarentino Valley. Directly before the main town of Sarnthein / Sarentino, turn right at the "GNP" filling station. After about another kilometer, you will arrive at the Schropphof. Another option is to take the Sterzing / Vipiteno autobahn exit and continue along the Staatsstrasse via the Penserjoch (closed in winter) until you get to Sarnthein. Right before coming to Sarnthein, turn left at the "GNP" filling station. After about another kilometer, you will arrive at the Schropphof. We can also pick you up from the bus station or the train station.
